  • Qualifications: She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of London and has over 25 years of experience in the field of intellectual property, with a focus on trade mark portfolio management including advise on filing strategy, securing rights, search and prosecution.
    Other qualifications:

  • Expertise: Her extensive knowledge stems from a vast experience working in well-known law firms, specialist IP firms and more importantly large multinational companies (MNCs) as an in-house IP counsel. She is qualified and experienced in Malaysian IP  and also a registered Trade Mark and Design agent in Malaysia.

  • Areas of expertise - search, filing and opposition (specifically in Asia). Coupled with in-house experience, this gives her a unique perspective and advantage advising on and managing diversified client portfolios. Her knowledge of the inner workings of large organisations, ability to manage risks, engage in large search projects and formulate the appropriate trade mark strategies for filings and enforcement globally are of significant benefit to a broad range of clients.
